At The Cutting Rooms, customers daily bring in pictures of celebrities and ask to look like them. Unfortunately, we are not miracle workers. I would love to look like Cheryl Cole.

Being the New Year, New Start and New Look month, they are flooding in more than ever.

So to save the embarrassment, I’m going go show you what a bad hair style looks like..

Remember, a hairstyle is meant to take years off your face, not make you feel rubbish. Britney must have hated her hair to have wanted to shave it off. Just a bit extreme!

Why does it look like Christina has got snakes on her head?

Her hair has been pulled so tight it looks like she is bold and someone has super glued bits of hair on!

Wow! How did Nikki fit through doors and get out her car?

That is one massive hair do!

Saying that though i really love the pinky bits.

Why would you cut your fringe that short?

If your anything like me, you like your fringe to cover up your face!

The ginger roots aren’t cool either.

Oh dear poor Donald. This picture was clearly taken on a windy day. His hair is falling off.

Please note: If you are going to buy your dad or partner a wig, please make sure it’s the right colour!

Blonde hair on top and white have at the sides is not always a good look.

Britney’s extensions are awful.

You just wouldn’t bother if you had shaved your hair off would you.

A wig would be a lot easier and look nicer.

Hehe JLo looks like something from Star Trek!

Pink hair officially doesn’t suit Lilly.

To be fair this is not a great picture of her.

But I’m glad she has got over her punk phase!

The UK’s most loved TV show ever is defaintly heating up. Just to make to a little bit more juicy, The Cutting Rooms are going to rate the hair. With help from you of course.

I’ve picked a few, so you can see what you think:

I love Bianca. I think she is really funny. However, her hair is a different story.

I have a pet hate over scrunches. I used to wear them when i was nine. Why would you wear one when a hair bobble is so much nicer to look at and stronger to use? She has beautiful red hair, so why would you wear it up. I think her hair would look gorgeous, if she left it down. Maybe in the future she might find a pair of straighteners.

Good old Zsa Zsa, everyone loves a girl with attitude. I think her hair is wicked, it’s definitely different. Her hair shows her personality, its quite quirky with lots of body.

Blue is fab when it’s used it slices. It’s not too much but does change the way someone looks. Like in Zsa Zsa’s hair it look great in brown hair, but looks amazing in blonde hair. So if your thinking of a little change maybe this is the way forward. Oh, it doesn’t have to be blue either if can be any colour you want.

Aww how sweet are Jodie and Darren?

Jodie’s hair is bang on trend this season. Her curls are fab and can be achieved by using GHD irons. If you curl your hair loosely, then run all your fingers through you will get a really nice wave like Jodie’s.

Her blonde highlights are really suitble, which is great if you don’t want to much of a regrowth problem.Dark blonde is great this season, so give honey and sand tones a try next.

Super meany Janine is turning soft, as she plans to get married to Ryan. I just want to know what is going to go wrong. Let’s be h0nest, something has got to.

Janine’s hair shows you can do more with your Bob. Curly bob’s always look great, so don’t be afraid to have a go. Just curly loosely and break it all up after. It’s such a glam look, but ever easy to do.

Leon is very unlucky with love. Bless him I do feel a bit sorry for him, Zsa Zsa is definitely a high maintenance girlfriend.

I must admit i do really like his hair. He’s managed to really pull of the comb-over look, it’s really cool. It’s very retro. This haircut would be really easy to manage. You can leave to the side for work and at night use a bit of wax and spike it all up to add texture so it’s more of a surfer dude look.

Big Brother is definitely going out with a bang this year, as they have selected the most random people in the world to spend their summer in front of the cameras.

So for the last time The Cutting Rooms are going to share their opinions of the housemates hair with you …… but do you agree?

Sunshine isn’t a very good housemate to start with, as she probably has the most boring hair out of the lot of them. To me her hair just hangs from her head and doesn’t really have any shape or style to it. Go funky Sunshine, have loads of layers chopped in! Oh,  as for those headbands,  just one word,  NO!!!

Jordan look-a-like Corin is brilliant. She’s completely mad, but is still down to earth and just generally a really nice person. I do like her black hair, but I think she would look stunning if she lightened it up a little bit. Maybe just a nice deep brown with some honey blondes going through would really bring out her eyes. I think it’s  fair to say that  she’s slightly overboard with the fake tan and she sh0uld ditch it!

 Awww …. isn’t Mario the sweetest thing ever? I felt so sorry for him in his mole task, I think he genuinely felt really guilty doing those horrible things.  I think his hair is really young for him and makes him look even cuter and more innocent  (if that’s possible)  than he all ready is.

The feisty chick from Dublin definitely has the coolest hair in the house. The Rihanna inspired crop shows off her amazing jaw and cheek bones. But the question is are you brave enough to have the crop?

The chavvy looking, posh dude G0van, definitely knows how to dress himself. He’s bang on trend with his hip - hop style. I personally don’t really like him… there’s something about him that really gets on my wick!

Squatter Shabby (lets be honest) is a bit odd,  and as for the hair, well that’s also extremely odd. Her mega huge fringe just takes over the whole of her face and the rest of it just hangs behind her ears. Not cool. I was hoping Racheal would have sorted her out before she got the boot. I think she should get a crop, so her and her crush Caoimhe can be matching.

Oh my days… who saw the first show? How many of you went to the loo, came back to find she was ripping her wig off?  That was me and was left in complete shock.  Her wigs are amazing, I  have to admit I thought it was her real hair. She definitely pulls off being bald though, she looks hot.

Come on then girlie’s, how many of you fancy John James? I do. It could just be his accent, who knows, he’s  gorgeous. I love his hair, it really suits his personality. The whole aussie,  surfer dude , look he’s got going on is doing it for us.  Love Love Love it!!!

Mad as a hatter, is our Josie. The Bristol babe has won my heart. She is the life and soul of the party, I hope it pays off and she manages to go all the way to the end.   The Hair… It’s nothing  different or amazing but it does really suit her. Her blonde hair makes her massive blue eyes really stand out.

There’ not a lot you can about Steve’s hair because he hasn’t got many. Maybe Ife will give him a wig! However, I would like to say that this man is a massive inspiration, fair play to him. I hope he achieves all he wants to by being in that house. Steve definitely deserves it.

Grrrr… I am not Ben’s biggest fan I’m afraid. There’s just something about him that really irritates me. Saying that though, I am a fan of his ‘retro’ hairdo. A few cheeky highlights are going through there I think. Can you imagine him at the hairdressers with all foil in his hair? ‘Would you like a cup of coffee sir? ‘That would be grand, Ta’

The Beyonce look-a-like has gorgeous hair. She does cheat a little bit though, with her insider knowledge,  being a hairdresser  she understands  the importance of using quality products on her luscious locks.    Her lovely casual curls are achieved with the good old GHD’s, giving it a slight bend where she wants it.

Now I don’t know if I want to talk about his hair or his 6 1/2 inch eyebrow. I can’t help but laugh at him because he thinks it’s ok to have one eyebrow.

The very random Christian Minster, is a right old jolly. All the does is laugh and tell everyone how God has intoxicated him. No Dave, your just drunk! I think Dave’s hair really suits his personality, because it’s wild and wacky. I do like his red fringe, I don’t know why though. You wouldn’t think a minister would dabble with the colour red would you?  Little Devil !!!

The Good:

Even though he can  look a little bit of a dork now and again, I really like Peter Crouch. You need someone to laugh at after 90 minutes of boredom! I’m only joking! Abi Clancy must have given him a good telling off recently, because he has been looking really smart. Longish hair on men has really hit it off this season and is a big fashion must-do, specially with blonde highlights.

Alex Gerrad is beautiful. She always looks amazing. Blonde highlights have always been popular and will continue to be this year,  Alex is bang on trend with having slightly more golden tones going through. The whole Jennifer Anisten blondes are really big this season.

The Bad:

Grrr…. As a huge Cheryl Cole fan I am putting bad boy Ashley Cole in the bad catorgory. Yes, mainly because he cheated on her,  I’m to loyal to be nice to him!

I never see a picture with Toni Poole smiling in… but then to be fair you wouldn’t have a lot to smile about if you had a cheating husband. Aswell as having really stripey highlights, I’m not the biggest fan of stripey hair. It all needs blending in with all different tones of blondes. She’s  the WAG whose hair and heart are in desparate need of some TLC.

The Ugly:

Not a lot needs to be said about Rooney.

In this picture her hair seems to wash her out a bit. Maybe she should go with more golden tones and go slightly darker, to give her a bit of colour. It would take years off her.

The Best:

Pefection!

I hate to admit it but she is PEFECTION as well. Her hair, her make – up, her figure… makes me sick. Mind you I would struggle to wake up next Peter Crouch every morning! Ek.

It’s for a little girl who was  born with Cerebral Palsy, which affects the ‘motor’ part of her brain. The muscles in Francesca’s legs are stiff and she cannot walk unaided.

We were introduced to Francesca by her loving Auntie Kirsty Myres and being part of a group of girls and we are all soft as anything (as you can imagine), we are trying our best to raise awareness for this little girl and her family. We are hoping you all feel the same and help as much as you can.

Francesca is now aged eight and attends St. Gregory’s School. She has recently been accepted for major spinal surgery in the USA this summer which will cost around about £40.000. The surgery (which is not available in the UK ) involves cutting the “bad” nerve fibres in the spine eliminating the stiffness and giving Francesca much greater range of movement. Francesca will then be able to walk with sticks after surgery. Her sitting, standing and balance will improve and without the tightness in her legs she will be more comfortable.

So it’s all pretty amazing stuff. The Cutting Rooms have decided to to launch a raffle, in which you can win a hamper of Redken Products. It’s a pound a strip, and you can buy as many as you want. We are also selling tickets for a Duck Race at Brampton Halt/ Chapel Brampton Pocket Park on 19th June. Each numbered ticket corresponds to a duck that will be entered into the race on the day. These are £2 each, and also makes a great day out for the whole family
